The government have announced that cleaners can still attend peoples homes to carry out cleaning jobs. At Glimmering Cleaning Services we have taken extra precautions to keep our staff and customers safe.
On every visit our cleaners will ensure:

That they have taken and recorded their temperature and will inform the office if they experience any of the below symptoms of Covid-19;
- a high temperature
- a new continuous cough
- a loss or change to you sense of smell or taste

That they will rebook any appointment if they develop symptoms of Covid-19 .

That they arrive at your premises wearing PPE including face masks, cleaning gloves and disposable shoe covers

They maintain social distance
As a customer please ensure you:

Cancel your booking if someone in your household is displaying any of the below symptoms of Covid-19.

Avoid physical contact and maintain social distance.

Ensure that all staff are healthy and fit to work, all staff complete a symptom checker checklist before starting work each day.

On booking your appointment our customer service team will ensure to ask you your preferences while our cleaners are in your home.
